About Kristen Spagnoletti

"Changing lives one home at a time" This is what I truly believe. I get to change peoples lives. I have been lucky enough to help people with their real estate dreams since 2002. Being a realtor has been one of the best decisions of my life. (Second to being a mom) I feel honored to help people with one of their biggest transactions of their lives. After years of being in the hotel and restaurant business, I made the decision to get my real estate licence in Colorado. During the course of my career, I have earned many designations such as Certified High End Real Estate Agent, Certified Negotiator and Managing Broker, to name a few. The real estate market in Denver is constantly changing and I pride myself of always learning and changing so I can better serve my clients.. With my vast knowledge of the real estate market and my love of homes, I promise you will be in good hands. Come and see what my team and I can do for you!
